Web Development

The goal of this program is to provide hands-on experience building a client-facing Website from wireframe to publication. Participants in this program will study the ins and outs of Web development by building a website from scratch. They will consider Web design in terms of structure, formatting, interactivity, responsive design, and more. They will also look at the coding side of a website, from APIs to web services.

COURSES

FRONT-END WEB DESIGN

This course explains the basic tools needed to create a website, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It also discusses source control using Git and its workflow, as well as basic concepts related to designing a site for user experience (UX), including accessibility concerns.
